For your security, never attach sensitive documents to a support ticket or send them via email.

Your profile page has been specifically designed to securely upload sensitive information. To protect your privacy, documents uploaded via your profile page are sent over SSL, encrypted upon receipt, stored offline, and only accessible by authorized staff members. 

If you receive an email claiming to be from Poloniex requesting that you send documents via email or a support ticket, please contact us immediately by creating a support ticket of type 'Compromise/Breach' or email support@poloniex.com.
