You can check the status of your withdrawal by doing the following:

  • Make sure you confirmed the withdrawal in the email we sent you.

On the Desktop Website


  • Login to your account.
  • Go to Balances > History using the main menu.
  • The withdrawal should appear in your Withdrawal History along with a status of pending, processing, or completed.
  • If completed, you should receive your coins soon, depending on the network speed of the coin.
  • If “COMPLETE: ERROR” appears in your withdrawal history, or the withdrawal has not completed within 4 hours, please open a support ticket at Poloniex Support.


On the Mobile Website:

  • Login to your account.
  • Access the main menu using the icon in the upper right of the screen and choose Deposits & Withdrawals.
  • Select History at the top of the screen.
  • The withdrawal should appear in your Withdrawal History along with a status of pending, processing, or completed.
  • If completed, you should receive your coins soon, depending on the network speed of the coin.
  • If “COMPLETE: ERROR” appears in your withdrawal history, or the withdrawal has not completed within 4 hours, please open a support ticket at Poloniex Support.

Most cryptocurrencies have a block explorer where completed transactions can be viewed by entering the TxID or TXhash. If your transaction is not appearing in the block explorer, please file a support ticket at Poloniex Support.
