The week of October 22, 2018, we published an updated user agreement in an attempt to provide clarity and certainty about customers’ use of our services. Unfortunately, some of the language appears to have caused some confusion, particularly about who the user agreement was “addressed to.”

To clarify:

  • Accounts will remain open and fully functional after this update
  • Customers don’t need to take any action because of this update to our User Agreement
  • The countries from which users can sign-up for Poloniex hasn’t changed as a result of this update
  • Customers will continue to be protected by and subject to the terms of the User Agreement
