If you’re experiencing issues with our mobile application, we encourage you to try the following before filing a support ticket:

  • Please try force quitting the Poloniex app to restart the app itself.
    • On iOS, follow the instructions here.
    • On Android, press the square icon in the bottom corner of your screen to view recent applications, and swipe the Poloniex window to one side, or press the X.
  • Please try logging out and then logging back into your Poloniex account.
  • Please try logging in on a different internet network, and disabling a VPN if enabled.
